I've not seen these idiots but I drive a truck and regularly have to overtake cyclists who then pull past at lights. Some of them are totally insane. I know a few truckers who have had accidents with cyclists and not one of the cyclists survived and not one of the trucks was damaged. This is what I tell them when they squeeze by.
