there you go blood thirsty foccers.......that bloody hurt  :eek ...32mm steel staple with approx 20mm  embedded in my wrist damaging the artery...did`nt know this untill the staple was pulled out.....the blood was everywhere  :lol .....all bandaged up now and the pain killers are doing their job,back to stoke mandeville hospital on thursday...still hope to make sundays ride....i need fazer therapy
