Well it has cold-start enrichment, like most EFI vehicles - which richens up the mixture at start, there is no 'choke' in the sense of a trapdoor or butterfly.
If the bike hasn't been used for a time, it might be that one or more of the throttle butterflies is not seating properly (at closed throttle the butterflies are almost completely shut), you may have to pull the airbox have a look - a set of vacuum gauges would show it up, but you'd have to put it on and do it from cold to really isolate the problem.
