Well i have an opinion,,what nice jackets, both of them,,are they actually waterproof?
I guess as you say they will be warm, i love full leathers, i think this spring, you know the long cold one, i wore cheaper versions ,jacket and trousers(textile) over my leathers, keeps the wind out.
If you can get something of that quality for £100 £150 , bite their arm off
