The signal fuse supplies all the power to the parts you mention as not working.
12v power is supplied on a brown wire to the plug at the clocks. Your first check is to see if there is 12v power getting this far when the ignition is switched on and if there is any corrosion around it. If there is 12v power here then remove the clock and open the rear and follow the wire as it may be broken. Plug it back in check if 12v power is getting through the plug. I have seen a few people replace items when all that was wrong was a broken connector in a plug.
