Thanks for the info guys. As far as I'm aware a lot of jetting changes can be done with the carb manufacturers jets, etc. Not absolutely necessary to go down the Dynojet route.
I used Steve Jordan motorcycles for my ZRX, which has pod filters, full Akrapovic and Ivans Pod Jet Kit. The settings Ivan recommended were near enough spot on. Steve tweaked it on his Dyno and the improvements are fantastic, so I'll probably take it to him for final sorting.
I used PDQ back in early 2000 with my ZX-7R and full Akrapovic system. They didn't do a very good job as there was a huge flat spot around 4,000rpm.
