Done properly - which a Farnham tune would be - it would not be an issue.  Possibly even more reliable.  The power comes from improving gas flow and making the motor more efficient.  The bottom end is strong enough to take it, no problems.

My own motor makes around 140bhp and that's without flowing the heads or dialling-in the cams.  Sound as a pound. Smile
