Quite often these units have resetting fuses so it would be worth seeing if, after 10 minutes it starts working again.  Beyond that you can take the back off and have a look for anything that looks blackened or gooey or fuselike (and whack a multimeter across it) and just solder in a replacement.

As for repair or replace, to a large degree it depends on your ethos: reuse/recycle or off to landfill/tip or Sometimes you can flog them on ebay as some people have a hobby of repairing things

Last point to ask is why it blew.  I would always advise running important equipment through a surge protected socket.

Sorry if you knew all this already.
Opinions are like A**holes, Everyone has one.  Some people seem to have more than one though which is a bit odd.
