I think it was North Wales police got done for the very same thing. I seem to remember someone got pinged by mobile speed camera which was parked up. Who ever it was thought they had seen this van at this place before. To cut a long story short they checked up the vans details and the van was White, he duely informed the DVLA that the van with the reg number xxxxx was now BLUE, justice or what.
