Think the theory is if you can set a high tickover you don't have to worry so much about the throttle and just control it on the brake. As for clutch, was told by THE MAN that you only used the clutch if you were riding a ditch pump (ie a single cylinder).
Anybody know how high you can go with the tickover adjustment screw?
