I had to take the ex's bike for a photoshoot (old cbr600 black and pink, immaculate!)
The guy doing the article (Bertie Simmonds) wanted mine too for its own article, he liked all the bits and bobs on it being a work bike- the cub90 wings, plus the ammunition toolbox etc, but the ex was working at the NEC bike show, and as hers was the specific model needed at the time, I could obviously only ride one bike to the photographers place.
Kept in touch with Bertie awaiting a photoshoot date, but obviously was not meant to be!
