Ok, so I've taken to the roads in my nice new outfit on my maiden ride after 20 years of motorcycle celibacy. Hitting the straights in awe of this new found throbbing beast now between my legs. Which unlike its neighbouring original shows an increased performance after hitting 40
.
My only problem with the experience, other than me being rather crap on the bends is that my nice new pair of gloves don't allow my thumbs to reach up and across to the switches, indicator lights etc without my lifting hand away from levers and grips which kind of interfered at times with the flow of the ride.
Is this just me being a noob, are all thumbs immobilized. Will the leather/gore tex between thumb and fore finger stretch over time and rectify this. I don't think the gloves are too small, even though real thumb fits to end of glove thumb :rolleyes
