I am looking into the mold your own earplugs (pro guard) can anyone offer any kind of reviews for them, the blurb says 24db -- dosent seem enough, what are peoples experiance. I have stupid narrow cannels and not good for wax so dont want stuff rammed in me ear ole

There's cheaper ones on eBay and I've found them to be rubbish not setting properly!


[/quote]Yep that is the exact one I am looking into trying but robbus has put me off a bit  with this

I didn't find them that effective possibly because the ear is squished in to a different shape when in the helmet so the plug doesn't fit snugly

I am also looking into the docs proplugs
