Sounds like a good show nick, glad you enjoyed it
Just as well i wasnt there in my little put put 600 trying to keep up with blades & r1's.i think youll find my riding a bit more leisurely![]()
Im well jealous though!!!!
I had a sunday dinner out, then i walked the dog, then i cut the grass :\
Nogster, if my restricted 600 can keep up with Exupballsack and Kosmic on LoFos, I'm sure yours can too! The 600s corner bloody well, and their top end isn't far off the Thous. And the Thous rarely (if ever) max out on a ride.

It's a tricky one this.i'd say my normal running speed is reasonably quick & eventually if i stick to this pace i become comfortable & smooth & gradually i can increase the speed in small increments & keep smooth...if i have to jump up to chase someone i soon come out of my comfort zone & it becomes less enjoyable, after a few corners ill usually recognise this & back off a little.
I did it in scotland following the old man when he upped the ante the sly old dog, so i backed off & would soon catch up anyway but i still kept the fun factor. It sounds like slim nick & co did exactly this & im up for that type of riding. With a large enough bunch of foccers we could still end up with a few different packs but all end up at the stops at roughly the same time plus stop too much bunching up. 8)
Easiest way to go fast........don't buy a blue bike
