Cam Chain Tensioner Reset/Replacement?

Can you here this noise when riding the bike?
Dead Eye - Cam chain replacement at 20k. I don't think so. You should get more than 20k. I had a fazer with 160,000 on it. Never replaced a cam chain.

I know it seems odd, but just going off of what other people have quoted. Should get way more than 20k out of it, but it seemed worth mentioning just in case
