Hello Folks,
Just wanted to post the conclusion of this, for posterity as it were.
It was getting worse quite quickly so I decided to get this checked out by a mechanic.
It was indeed diagnosed as wheel bearings.
Now they've been changed the noise is gone and the bike feels a lot smoother.
Estimate was £90 for diagnosis, repair and parts (assuming it was bearings), actual cost was £86.
Sorted while I waited (parts in stock) so I'm happy.
