Damp coarse height

I do this for a living, most are 150 mil below, coming up level for disabled access,with a small aco drain at the door, as long as no more than 10% are level with damp this is fine,, as for a gap between the house and the patio don't do that anymore, and that is the case for most of the big boys, mc,alpines, persimmon, dawnus , barrat etc etc etc, we do them all. ps disabled access is law.
