I've got a Shoei full face helmet but only the cheek pads are removable, not the bit that goes over top of my head. To complicate things I've got Autocom headset installed which is really fiddly to remove & put back. So basically am looking for just a convenient method to clean the inside until I go the whole hog which is to use a shower head and some fabric cleaner. I'm sure I'll be corrected if this is a bad idea
