Yeah, soft link, my mistake. I only suggested the cush drive rubbers because its been sat a while, and rubber deteriates over time.

Just a couple of observations, firstly, see if M&P are doing anything, although I think there the same company, M&P seem to ship next day but busters took nearly a week, but supplied tracking info once it was sent and arrived next day. Secondly, if the chain is that bad, while the wheel is out, it might be worth investing in a new set of cush drive rubbers as well.
The gold is literally just a colour thing, but the heavy duty definitely lasts longer, no need for super heavy duty though.
I think you mean soft link rather than split link.
I've changed my cush drive rubbers, but if you don't thrash the bike you don't really need to, the one's i replaced didn't look too much different to the new one's, they're quite a solid rubber.
