Motorcycle Pantaloons!

We have recently had a load of the new Oxford waterproof trousers returned apparently due to leaking. When checked and tested, they were found not to be leaking at all, just the material gave a very cool feel when wet on the outside! My waterproofs I use for hill walking have this effect, but I'm actually dry underneath them. Breathable materials such as Goretex or equivalent can help to keep you a bit cooler = more expense tho.
