Well mine just passed it's first MOT with them on :
My MOT bloke is old school thankfully. He said "if its yellow and it flashes, then its an indicator"
I had them on my old R1 streetfighter built into the number plate. He mot'd it for the 7 years I had it like that. Passed every time.
