Track days ?

A friend of mine went, followed the build up on facebook, preparing the track bike, onto the trailer, then his report...................................track, sky, track, sky, track, sky, track ambulance? badly dislocated shoulder, needed an op to fix it back together, weeks off work, he's self employed, which means no work no money?

So take it easy and enjoy it, you can always do another track day.
