I have alot of hearing damage, my ear drum vibrates hard now in loud places,i have to put my fingers in my ears when the loud starts,


I always , always wear my custom plugs,even if you get headwind noise,sometimes worse than normal even with the plugs,,keep them in.


I rode Cirencester to Swindon last week , left the services and forgot to put them in,, hell itwas so so so loud,,,keep them in lad.
