First biking/camping trip scotland

Hi all , nearly ready for the trip to Scotland, as a glass half empty person,  could any Scottish members recommend bike mechanic/garages in case the bike breakdowns , I've upgraded my AA just in case , I've also booked into a hotel in Moffat  for the Friday night ,to break up the journey .
