i'm surprised nobody replied to you....
swing arm removal is very straight forward, it really is a case of undoing the obvious bolts and pulling it out and away from the chain. assuming that you remove the shock as well the only word of caution is when accessing the bolt that holds this at the top - a universal socket is needed from the right hand side of the bike and this makes it easy to round off and difficult to torque up correctly.
i typically jam a piece of timber under the rear of the bike once the arm is out and another piece of advice on here has been to tie the centre stand to the front wheel - both to prevent unwanted topplings.
as for the bearings all four sets only have very limited travel range and hence tend to last a very long time. a visual inspection to confirm integrity and a re-grease upon re-assembly is usual, replacement is not so often needed. if replacement is desired they are not expensive from marksman. standard axle grease is fine.
i tend to mark wheel axle block positions with a pencil before removal for easier wheel alignment later. i tend to struggle for very accurate wheel alignment as when i torque up the rear axle nut the blocks move very slightly and i have to loosen it and have it very slightly out of alignment by a guess amount in order to get it perfect once done up!
