Not sure how well they could make a MotoGP game... riding a bike is influenced a lot by controls that just aren't accurately replicated for any gaming hardware unless you buy an insanely expensive simulator of some sort. Cars however, you can pick up a wheel and pedals from Argos for like £50~ and off you go
