Thanks for all the nice comments, i am really pleased with the result so far, i must get the crash bungs on before i drop it!! and the seat will go up to a man in Scotland to recover with basket weave and blue piping and to lower it about an inch.    i think its a bit like having a tattoo...it gets addictive.....and bloody expensive  :eek

If you buy an R6 shock (v good upgrade) and keep the std dog bones you'll get the inch lower seat height without altering the seat.
Improved handling with same seat and get the seat done at a later date.
Just a thought.
