It actually is a complete pain in the arse, as the tank only holds 15 1/2 ltrs not the 17 ltrs they tell you it holds and averages 25 - 30mpg unless on the motorway. They do aprilia touring screens now though... 
. The reason i bought an Italian bike is because the yen is strong, so you get a better deal buying european bikes at the moment. I'm sure the fz9 will be ultra reliable and the triple will be a nice engine to use, but it looks like something i would design on the back of a beer mat after a few drinks. :\
