[size=1em]Oxford Sports Lifetime soft panniers (silver) for sale. The panniers have been used a few times and have a few lights marks as evidence, but nothing serious - no rips or holes in panniers themselves. They come with shoulder straps and a selection of other straps to secure them to the bike, also included are rain covers, one of which has a rip in it but this could possibly be repaired.
