Yip, I would say you were very lucky with the midges. They have just appeared here in the last 2 days so it's skin so soft twice a day for me now, unless its windy.
Glad you enjoyed your trip and the weather was superb, lucky man. Shame you blasted through to Hamilton first off as you missed out on some super roads very close to the motorway, time is a bummer when the weather is so goodÂ
