I was told that the Fazer was so cheap to insure because no one was interested in nicking them. The kids only nick scooters and the "steal to order" crew only go for the Gixxers, ZX-10Rs etc. I've had the bike parked on the street in London using the same Mammoth chain for 2 years and it's never had any problems.
