Bike took a tumble while I was in Halfords
#1
So I was in Halfords the other day, looking for something to seal a small hole in my rad hose, when I heard my bike alarm going off outside.  Walked out to the carpark to see my bike now on it's centre stand (I left it on the side stand) and a guy stood next to it.
Turns out, some matey had tried to reverse in to a spot without looking, which happened to be the same bay my bike was occupying.

Looked for damage on the side the bike fell on, but couldn't find anything obvious, and tried to start the bike up (didn't start right away, but after a couple of go's it did start up and hasn't had any trouble starting since).
I had a bit of a chat with the guy and asked for his details (name, mobile number, registration), but once I tried to phone the number he gave me, he quickly told me that was his wife's phone, and gave me a new mobile number with a single different digit!

Anyway, main point of this post was to see if anyone else had had a similar experience, and any potential damage I should be looking for that might not be obvious (This was on an FZS600 btw).
The thing I'm really concerned about is that I might have some internal damage, that will rear it's head in a few months time - does anyone think I might be able to get the interns of the bike checked by a garage, and have him foot the bill?

Any other stories about knocked over bikes or similar are welcome Smile
Thanks!
