Ok cheers for the help folks. I got the bike on paddock stand and let it heat up to 100 odd degrees. Kicked it into 1st. Success. Into 2nd. Success. Took it round the block. Success. Until it wasn't. Cut out kicking it into 1st as I approached the driveway. Flashing oil light. Fuel pump not priming when ignition turned on, or at least some kind of suction through pipe but possibly restricted. Pinched tube? I would think so but how would it run for so long and only become an issue out around the block. Maybe its sat static so long that moisture in the tank has made some rust and its got in there. Hmm.
Back on stand, tank up, all fine now apparently. Possibly something in the filter has been dislodged and now roaming free in tank. Hmm.
One thing is for sure, I'm not fuckin taking the pump off cos thats a tank off and empty job.
Also need the flasher relay replaced as the blinkers are doing one normal flash then superfast after. One is on the way and should be here friday.
