In my experience even cars with licenses are driven at  a max of 30 mph by old biddies
Though it is amusing seeing some huge overweight bloke trying to get out of one of those little 'voitures sans permis' VSP from now on!!
Vive la difference and all that!
How about one of those Morgan 3 wheelers..............
