Correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't engine flush go into the coolant system?
edit: just checked the flush stuff and it is indeed for the oil system. Probably wouldn't use it myself as many have said, if it needs flushing, then there is probably something wrong. The oil itself, changed regularly is supposed to clean the engine internals. I'd just check the condition of the oil when you take it out. Any massive metallic lumps = flushing the engine won't help, stripping it to find the cause probably will.
I stuck some redex in my tank when I went to pick my new bike up as it had been standing for 6 months, just to help out with the old petrol. Just filled up normally since then and everythings been fine, but I couldn't tell you if it was down to the redex or not. Only bought it as it was only £1 in Tesco and I noticed it whilst wandering around.
