He beeps horn because riders change lanes without signaling and checking mirrors - so they don't turn into him - that's almost obligatory in Serbia if you want to live on a bike. Oh, and it's an XTX supermoto, not a KLE, my bad. I know a guy who rides similarly - 2 kids, 20 years riding - no problems. Good must love lunatics!
