Since I don't have access to compressed air, I'm going to try and tidy up one half of the caliper at a time
So I'll clean it all up, put new seals in, clean the piston and pop it back in (haha, like its going to be that easy!) then clamp it and get the other one out using the same method of hooking it up to the brake lines, bleeding it and forcing the piston out - it'll be a bit more of a pain, but I've had to deal with worse before
