What I would do however (assuming your bike has been treated well) is take pictures BEFORE a re-spray (to highlight its condition) - if you sell in future, a prospective buyer may think (assume) it's been thrown down the road and sprayed to cover up damage.
The problem is the answer to that question is "sort of". Apart from the few times I've managed to drop it, there are aboput 3 kinds of paint on the rear plastics, and the headstock bearing is witness to enthusiastic wheelies from the previous owner.
