its a good intro to track days tbh, I did a rider skills day at cadwell 10 yrs ago, and it spurred me onto many many trackdays.Its useful for the road too as you really can see just what your bike can do, then in any emergency situation your brain will tell you not to panic as it will stop/turn/lean even though first reaction may have been it wont !
I think these days though I have exhausted the fun factor on trackdays as I feel I pretty much have got the fazer to perform to its limits which tbh are less than mine now . I would fancy doing one in a group say so I might be able to help others develop their potential. The big issue with the gen1 is its poor ground clearance which simply halts play.But when you get to that point I do feel fun time is over as you are trying too hard.
Theres nothing like that feeling though after your first trackday. I got the biggest buzz from donnington, as at the time all WSB and moto GP went there, so it was the home of racing.
