Running pr3 right now and on the whole I don't think they are any better than the pr2. That said the pr2 was a cracking tyre that suited me very well. If when I next replace I can find some pr2 cheaper than the 3 then I will go 2.
Just did 116 mile round brands hatch and the pr3 gripped well though I am far from a fast rider. Pegs down with no slide untill full throttle applied, even then it was slight.
Bobble up nice but not to keen once they got cold again and the marbles stick to the rubber again giving an odd feel for a while.
