are you sure the hex drive is still not in the head ? when plugs break they usually just break the ceramic shaft leaving the hex drive in the head........if not looks like it will be a head off job  :o  but fairly straight forward with lots of advise on here 

yeh but the coolant level was ok. ill have a look at that problem once ive sorted the spark plug

yes im sure its not in there cos it came out in the socket
