Coolant Flush and Replace

If you're not sure of the history of your bike or it simply hasn't been done for a couple of years then yeah i would always do the 2 or 3 day Radflush, to let it heat up and cool down a few times.
If ever your fluid starts boiling in the expansion tank then dumps it out of the overflow pipe it's a sure sign it needs doing as your waterways are clogged up and the coolant isn't flowing properly.

It's no different to de-scaling a kettle if you think about it.
More people are born because of alcohol than will ever die from it.
