Had a bit of a tidy in the garage ...

When we bought our place in Spain 11 years ago, the underbuild garage was one of the things that persuaded me to buy.  We saw a few show houses with tiled underbuilds and that's what I fancied doing with mine but it's taken me a few years to get around to it. 

Since November last year, though, I've been on my hands and knees most days tiling all around the outside of the house and - as if that wasn't enough - I then pressed on to do the garage.  Outside was about 100 sq mtrs, the garage a mere 80 sq mtrs. 

Anyhow, job finished this afternoon - at last!
