If you don't want to rejet, go with just the can.
Stock jetting is marginally lean low-mid range, a shade rich at full throttle. A less restrictive air filter will make the lean bits worse. A less restrictive can will pick up a few bhp from the richer fuelling at the top end.
Do it right, though - ie, Ivanise - and you get the full benefits of both mods across the entire rev band. We're talking 136bhp plus vs 122bhp stock (Full Monty) or 130bhp with the basic Slip-On kit option.
