Done a bit of looking around and it seems that the top end on the thundercat and fzr is mounted at more of an angle than the fazer so probably wont work sadly.
The worst thing is I have a lovely set of stainless pipes but one has been crushed to death!
Yeah as you said, they are in a different angle so won't work, unless you find some safe way to bend it to the right angle. But then you'd most likely have to weld more length onto the link pipe. And all in all it might affect the engine characteristics also.
Same as the end cans aren't interchangeable either. I've tried my old stock end can on my friend's Thundercat and it couldn't be manouvered on without hitting the swingarm.
