Exup Valve

Checked mine yesterday, totally shafted!! couldn't even get the pulley wheel off and noticed the 3 5mm allen bolts are butchered to death, I'm not the most mechanically minded bloke in the world but i'm determined to get exup sorted one way or another, i'm half thinking of binning the original downpipes and fitting the sandy bike parts 4 into 1 non exup valve downpipes, any recommendations or advice on the non exup option would be greatly appreciated.
