Mine has neither and i assume it got removed when it was shortened.
The Moto GP can i just took off had it on a band around the end of it, not where the hole is, the larger part.
The Quill race can i have on now has no markings at all. I've added a baffle to it though to keep plod happy, although i have cut the baffle down by 75%.
