Exup Valve

I'm not getting the servo noise, or any movement, it was making the zzzz noise yesterday but still giving the fault so I assumed the valve was sticking, I then lubed the cables as best I could using a cable luber and spraying from the bottom. The cables when loosened right off would push and pull freely but even then no zzzz from servo. Then after assembling and adjusting up and after warming up and the blipping to 7k, nothing.
I've just disconnected the battery to see if that resets anything but still the code is there?
