Exup Valve

Sorry to jump in on this but I'm having problems too. I've adjusted my cables several times from too tight to too loose and I'm still getting the 7k fault, I've had the valve out to lube it up and the valve does rotate freely with my fingers but it won't do it with the cables, I've even blipped the throttle so it revs past 7k and not even any movement  from the servo, not even a twitch. Is there a fuse for it or anyway I can check if the servo works?
