OK .. I take it all on board so far .. good stuff that will be a big help when I get the Pup.  I'll move the goal posts along a little if I may .. we don't have a Dog .. a door bell or a brass knob knocker

I know that the traveller types are giving guard dogs a hard time. They offer them their padded up arm and when they latch on, boom, a swift hit on the head with a hammer !
